Donate to Support Our Squad We conduct our annual fund drive in March each year. Every household and business in our coverage area receives a fund drive letter, a response card, and a pre-addressed return envelope in which to mail a charitable donation. We greatly appreciate the strong response to our annual fund drive as it provides the funds to cover from 80 % to 90 % of our operating expenses. We also gratefully accept other forms of donations, including donations in memory of a friend or loved one, donations in appreciation of our service, and donations of home healthcare equipment in good condition that we can loan out to others in need. There are several methods you can use to donate to our squad: - Return your fund drive response card in the pre-addressed return envelope.
- Mail us a check for non-fund drive related donations. You can find our mailing address on the Contact Us page and the Home page of this web site. For these donations we would appreciate a brief note from you explaining the reason for the donation. We will send you an acknowledgement letter to thank you and to serve as your receipt for tax purposes.
- Make an online donation now via credit card by clicking the button below. Online donations are made possible by JustGive.org, a non-profit organization created specifically to help non-profits raise funds online. JustGive.org retains 3 percent of your donation to pay the credit card transaction fee charged by your card issuer and to support their web site. This is a reasonable fee (for example, 3 % of $50 is $1.50).

As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization any donation you make to the Martinsville Rescue Squad is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Martinsville Rescue Squad registers annually with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General so that we may conduct fund-raising activities.
